At the age of 25, Desiree Jennings has had her life turned upside-down after a seasonal flu shot triggered an extremely rare neurological disorder called dystonia.  An aspiring Washington Redskins cheerleader and marathon runner with a clean bill of health has seen her quality of life plummet and she is unsure if she can ever work again.

Doctors have said that she is the “one in a million” who will suffer a reaction of this magnitude to a routine influenza vaccination, but in this writer’s opinion, one in a million is one too many.  She suffers uncontrollable muscle spasms that become particularly violent when she tries to walk in a forward direction.  Her speech has also been slowed dramatically.  Perhaps most frustrating for this young woman is that she is able to walk backwards and run in the forward direction with virtually no problems–her ability to speak normally even returns.  As soon as she stops and tries to walk forward, her body rebels against her in a heartwrenching display of involuntary muscle reactions.

While symptoms of dystonia can be treated there is ultimately no cure currently available.  Her tragic story has blown up all over the world and she has reportedly been inundated with well-wishers and people touched by her circumstance.  Jenny McCarthy, who founded Generation Rescue, is working with her staff to raise awareness about the safety of vaccines.  Generation Rescue’s president is hoping to fly her out to Los Angeles for specialized treatment.

We certainly wish this brave woman all the best of luck in her quest to repair the vast damage done to her body and her psyche.  The story of Desiree Jennings should not discourage everybody from receiving a flu shot, but it demands that we understand what we are putting in our body when we receive any type of vaccination.

Real Ghost!!!!

Just when I thought Science Doctors had discovered all the possible types of cancer’s there is, I was wrong, again.  Science Doctors’es have successfully discovered cancers for the bladder, colon and rectal area, kidney, lungs, skin, lymph nodes, prostate, thyroid, pancreas, endometrial, thyroid, and my favorite breasts.

If that’s not enough then remember that you can get eye cancer, brain cancer, cervical cancer, gallbladder cancer, liver cancer, nasal cavity and paranasal sinus cancer,  oral cancer,  renal cell cancer, salivary gland cancer, testicular cancer (Lance Armstrong), and my least favorite cancer penile cancer. That is cancer that affects the penis.

Prior to today’s discovery there was a group of beings unaffected by cancer, cuz they don’t have no body parts.  Yes, I am talking about ghosts. Ghosts have been around since the time that people started die’n. Have you ever wondered why there are only people ghosts and not animal ghosts? I have. Do you think a people ghost would be more scary than a snake ghost? Or octopus ghost? Or cat ghost? Nobody will probably ever know, but we now know that people ghosts can get cancer.

What type of cancer can affect a ghost?  According to Doctor Oz, from the Oprah show, who now has his own show, cancer can get ghosts where it hurts the most. IN THE SOUL. Apparently ghosts living near areas of high radiation, nuclear power, power lines, and caves are most prone to getting soul cancer.  Ghosts who had a lot of soul in real life are subject to getting soul cancer as well. James Brown’s ghost was the first celebrity ghost to get the soul cancer.

Just like regular cancer soul cancer sucks ass. Just like regular cancer we should all do our cancer duty and hate the shit out of Soul Cancer. The worst part of all is there is no treatment for soul cancer.  There are many reasons for this, so I will mention two. First, the government refuses to fund research for soul cancer studies. Even though we just discovered it, there was a bill passed in the senate that says, “Ghosts are not humans, so we can’t spend NO money on them!” Even if the Science Doctors had Jeff Gordon type of cash it would still be nearly impossible to treat. Science Doctors have reported, “Ghost don’t have a body, so how can I kill that cancer inside of that ghost if every time I try to put my doctor tools in there my hand just goes right through, like if I were trying to operate on steam from a kettle?” A lot of treatments include medicine that fights the cancer. Ghosts don’t drink water. Therefore they have nothing to swallow those big ole pills with.
Now, if you know anything about ghosts you may be wondering why would any ghosts have to worry about cancer? Aren’t they already dead? What fate can they suffer that is worse than death? These are all good questions.

News stations everywhere have stated that the G-20 summit was in part a platform for Obama to usher in a “New World Order”. This is a clip that puts together some of the horrific displays of brutality and the militarization of the police. Our first amendment assures the citizens of this country the right to “petition our government for a redress of grievances”, yet it appears that more restrictions on our first amendment exist now than ever before.

How do the Obama deficits compare with past presidents? And how did the national debt get so big anyway?

The 8^th anniversary of September 11^th brings little solace for the millions of citizens worldwide who have serious questions concerning the official account of what happened that day.

Usually when there is a monumental failure in our government’s ability to protect our nation, a complete investigation immediately ensues. Yet Bush opposed any probe into the attacks for well over a year until mounting pressure from the victim’s family members forced him to address the issue.

Once the 9/11 Commission was finally formed, Philip Zelikow was put on as its executive director. Philip Zelikow also penned the controversial Bush Doctrine, a policy which allowed preemptive invasion of any country in the world if potential for a future threat existed.

Chairman of the commission, Thomas Keane, later charged in a book that the commission was “set up to fail.” Furthermore, Bush and Cheney refused to testify to the Commission separately and under oath. Crucial witness testimony and evidence was also deliberately withheld from most of the commission members.

However, once the Commission’s report was done, the history books had been written and the case had been closed. 9/11 was a surprise hit on our country. Nobody in any level of government saw it coming and NORAD, our North American air defense command, scrambled jets into the skies for two hours in a state of confusion while planes were being hijacked and crashed into iconic government buildings. The intense jet fuel fire that ensued in both towers caused the steel to weaken at the points of impact, causing both towers to completely crumble into dust. The assault on 9/11 was a colossal and completely unpredictable blow. Case closed.

Or is it? Now more than ever, there are groups of thousands of architects, engineers, pilots, scientists, scholars, victim’s family members, politicians, celebrities, and concerned citizens all calling for a real, independent investigation of the attacks. Actor Charlie Sheen has just come out with a public request to sit down with Obama to review key evidence and to implore him to re-open the investigation, which he calls a whitewash.

Richard Gage, founder of architects and engineers for 9/11 truth, has given hundreds of presentations all over the world and has signed up over 804 building professionals who are collectively calling for an independent technical investigation of the causes of the WTC buildings collapse. They reject the federal government’s conclusions that two airplanes alone brought the buildings down without the aid of pre-planted explosives.

If you have never heard this theory before, it sounds crazy. Explosives brought down the towers? How did they get in there? Who put them there?  Why would “they” do this? Fortunately, a new investigation would shed a lot of light on all of these crucial questions. Until that happens, however, all we have to do is apply some critical thinking to the scenario.

For example, did you know that a third building (World Trade Center 7) fell on 9/11, which was located more than a football field away from the twin towers? It was never hit by an airplane and had only small fires across a few floors, yet fell in the exact same manner as a controlled demolition.

Another hole in the government’s official story is that they admit that they cannot explain the total collapse or freefall of all three buildings, while also admitting that they did NOT test for explosive residue despite evidence (from many eyewitness accounts from first responders and people who escaped the buildings) that explosives and incendiaries were present.

In real crime scene investigations all physical evidence is taken into account, regardless of what the implications may be. In this case, there has been a definitive finding of unexploded military grade incendiaries found in the World Trade Center dust. This explosive material is called nanothermite and is made in high-tech government laboratories. These findings were just published in a peer reviewed paper in the Open Chemical Physics Journal and adds credibility to those who claim explosives are the true cause of the three collapses.

According to The New York Times 80% of Americans thought President Bush was at least hiding something regarding 9/11.  In light of the swelling ranks of scientists, engineers, architects, and brave government officials who are speaking out on 9/11 armed with irrefutable new evidence, the time is NOW for a true investigation.  The family members deserve the truth. 9/11 was the pretext for Bush’s domestic and foreign policy and still serves as the rallying cry for the current administration’s continuation of illegal wars and curtailment of our civil liberties. We must not let another year go by without confronting the elephant in the room.

Interview with Naomi Wolf author of “Give Me Liberty: A Handbook for American Revolutionaries” given October 4, 2008.

I recently had the opportunity to interview one of my heroes, Peter Phillips. Peter Phillips heads an organization called Project Censored, undoubtedly one of the most crucial independent media projects in the country. Project Censored exposes stories that are suppressed by the mainstream media and publishes an annual book showcasing the year’s top 25 censored stories.  The insights he shared caused me to reevaluate just how important the media has become in shaping our perceived reality.

Many people think that if they haven’t seen an issue addressed on television or by mainstream newspapers that it either doesn’t exist or must not be important. But there are many reasons why significant stories that affect millions of people don’t hit the airwaves.  Since the corporate takeover of the media, we have been seeing more and more consolidation of control in regards to filtering what news we see and do not see. The more one investigates who is behind the scenes, the more one uncovers vast conflicts of interest between the corporate elites’ business goals and the media’s initial purpose of getting “real” information to the masses.

Ideally, the role of the media in a democracy is to keep the population in the know.  If vital issues are not addressed or evaluated rigorously by mainstream press, and if 85% of Americans still get their news strictly from television, an enormous cluster of people is adrift in a sea of unrealized ignorance. A democracy only functions properly when the voters are well informed on the people and issues that impact their lives.

How much do you know about Sibel Edmonds? This former FBI translator/whistleblower dropped a bombshell on the Mike Malloy radio show on June 24, 2009 when she asserted that the U.S. maintained intimate relations with Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban all the way up to September 11, 2001 (starting at 5:30 in the clip below or you can read through a partial transcript of the interview here).  How does this not count as news that should be on the front page of every newspaper in the world?

It is imperative to seek out alternative news and media for a more balanced look at the world.  Only by seeing different sides to every story can we properly contextualize the information we are fed through the corporate media. Peter Phillips brought up a great point when I tried to ask him how we can break through to mainstream audiences. He said that first we need to understand and show how corporate news specializes in irrelevant disinformation (he called it “infotainment”). Then, we need to start funding, supporting and participating in the renaissance of independent and grassroots media. It is time to build a truth movement from the ground up and put the news media back into the hands of the people where it belongs!

Results of a recent survey released by Rasmussen Reports show that 75% of Americans support thoroughly auditing the Fed.

The Federal Reserve is no more federal than Federal Express. It’s not a part of the government, but is actually a private institution. The Federal Reserve Banks provide financial services to depository institutions including banks, credit unions, and savings and loans, much like those that banks provide for their customers.  Additionally, the Federal Reserve provides financial services to the U.S. Treasury and sells government securities such as Savings Bonds and Treasury bills (T bills).

This sounds legitimate, but oversight is virtually nonexistent.  In fact, here is former Fed chairman Alan Greenspan talking about how the Federal Reserve basically does as it pleases.

The national movement to open the books on the Federal Reserve is growing stronger by the day.  The House of Representatives and the Senate are currently on their August recess, but HR 1207 will still be on the desks of our elected representatives when they return.  HR 1207 already has 282 cosponsors in the House and 23 in the Senate, which means it has a very good chance of coming up for a Congressional vote.  We must not allow the Federal Reserve to continue manipulating our monetary policy and handing out bailout cash with zero accountability.
